UN chief voices sadness after deadly pipeline explosion in Kenyan capital

12 September 2011 – The United Nations Human Rights Council today appointed three experts to probe alleged abuses in Syria, where the number of people killed since the start of the Syrian Government’s crackdown on protesters earlier this year has now reportedly reached at least 2,600.
