When Does my Vehicle "Qualify?"

The Connecticut Lemon Law is triggered when the vehicle been in the shop for four (4) times or more for the same symptom (what you experienced), for thirty (30) calendar days or more for repairs, or two (2) or more times for a defect likely to cause death or serious injury.

BUT, there is really no such thing as "Qualifying" for Lemon Law help. This is because there are other laws which can be used to help you receive compensation in the event that you do not have a case for technical reasons under the Connecticut Lemon Law.
