How many repair attempts must the Manufacturer make?

Under the Lemon Law, the Manufacturer must be given a reasonable number of attempts to cure the defect. The presumed number of required repair attempts under the  Lemon Law is three, though there are exceptions to that rule including whether the vehicle was in the shop for repair in excess of thirty (30) days or whether the defect or non-conformity may cause serious bodily injury or death. Other exceptions may apply.
